Luba is a second year student at the University of Toronto, studying life science with a double major in global health and immunology with hopes of pursuing a career in healthcare. As an active member of the Ukrainian youth organization PLAST, as well as a former Ukrainian dancer she has been a very involved and dedicated member of the Ukrainian community throughout her life. This long history of involvement motivated Luba to attend the SUSK conference in Winnipeg as a representative of her USO, the Ukrainian Students Club at the University of Toronto, and to consequently join its board of directors. She is excited to continue to participate in the community that has been so important to her, and to bring that same excitement to her contributions to SUSK.
