Welcome to the SUSK Community!

Whether you’re a long-standing member or new to the Ukrainian Student Organization network, here’s how SUSK can support your organization:

Membership Renewal

Ensure your USO stays active and connected by renewing your membership annually. Membership renewal can be completed up to 2 months after SUSK Congress.

To register your USO with SUSK for the upcoming year, please follow these steps:

  1. Submit Documentation:
    • Fill out the USO membership list form, including member emails.
    • Provide a separate list of graduating USO members (alumni).
    • Submit your USO’s Constitution.
  2. Payment Details:
    • Pay your club fees via e-transfer to treasurer@susk.ca.
    • Membership fee: $1 per member.

Complete both steps promptly to ensure your USO’s continued participation and access to SUSK resources. If you have any questions or encounter difficulties, feel free to contact us for assistance.

Apply for Funding

SUSK invites all Ukrainian Student Organizations across Canada to apply for the USO Project Grant. Funding can be up to $600 per USO to support cultural, educational, or community initiatives.

        We have a variety of educational information and resources on Ukrainian and Ukrainian-Canadian culture, history, and politics available to our member USOs on our website.

              Events Guide for USOs

              This Events Guide is designed to inspire and assist Ukrainian Student Organizations (USOs) in planning meaningful and engaging activities. From fun social gatherings and cultural celebrations like Zabava, to advocacy-focused events such as rallies and poster-making sessions, this guide offers diverse ideas to help your USO connect with its community and promote Ukrainian identity and causes.

                  Join Our Whatsapp Group

                  Stay connected with fellow USOs across Canada. Join our group to network, share ideas, and collaborate on projects.
                  We also have quarterly meeting with all the presidents and our VP’s as well as constant support.
